How can you as a company promote the inclusion of neurodiverse people?
Small adjustments to the workplace can have a big impact.
- Take sensory needs into account, e.g. allow headphones (if noise-sensitive), offer quiet rooms
- Avoid sarcasm or implicit messages
- Give precise instructions (in writing if necessary)
- Be patient
- Don't make assumptions, ask
