Neurodiversity - what is it?
Neurodiversity emphasises the diversity of human perception, interaction and thinking. It suggests that there is no “right” way to understand and move in the world. Different ways of thinking are seen as a strength. The term neurodiversity includes individuals on the autism spectrum (ASD) and/or AD(H)S, as well as people with learning difficulties such as dyscalculia and dyslexia;

The use of Moviamo proved to be a great support right from the start;
Marlies Lanfranchi and Franco Lanfranchi absolutely convinced us with their expertise and their knowledge of human nature.
Marlies comes to our company every week to coach our learner and has proved to be a strong reference and confidant.
Our learner finds it difficult to open up to a “stranger”, but Marlies no longer seems to be a “stranger”. She challenges him, encourages him with targeted measures and objectives and always informs us about those topics about which she is authorised to inform us (data and personal protection).
In our meetings with the large group (including parents, IV and trainers involved), Franco and Marlies’ experience always comes to the fore through targeted, prepared and open discussions; Thanks to the weekly coaching provided by Moviamo, we have already noticed some progress in our learner’s working and personal behaviour and would like to express our sincere thanks;

Firstly, I would like to thank you for accompanying our son Alexander during his internship; As an autistic person, it was quite a challenge for him to spend his day in an office and with several employees; Mrs Bucher visited him at work and together with Alex and his line manager, solutions were found that enabled Alexander to complete his internship well. It was also a real help to his employees, who were often stretched to their limits because they didn’t know how best to respond and cater to Alex’s needs. And for me as a mum, it was a time of calm, simply because I knew that Alexander had help where he needed it so urgently.
In the meantime, I have been able to recommend Moviamo to our parent support group, and I have since heard that a good first contact was made with one family, thanks to the caring, patient and knowledgeable manner in which the young woman was met; Hopelessness was transformed into hope, despair and self-doubt were alleviated
Finding a career and training is a particularly difficult time for many autistic people because “normal” is often not an option; This makes support such as that offered by Moviamo all the more valuable; I can only thank this team once again for their commitment in an area where there is simply still too little help. I wish you all much strength, empathy and good solutions on your journeys with our loved ones;
Mrs J. Mallo, Mellingen (mother)
Many thanks for the absolutely fantastic support and guidance from Siro. I am still very overwhelmed by the positive developments and, above all, the promise of employment for Siro in the company if he passes the exam. That was a big weight off my mind. Siro feels very comfortable at Keller and Steiner and we experience him as balanced through his work; We are grateful that the entire Keller and Steiner team knows how to handle Siro’s specialities from the Asperger so well; You have both made an outstanding contribution to this. Thank you very much;
Mrs S. Erni, Meisterschwanden (mother)
We thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your great work, your support and your commitment. We are very happy and grateful that you are accompanying Lars on his journey; MANY THANKS

I’m fine. I’m looking forward to the taster apprenticeship, but I’m also excited about it. Thank you for asking.

Dear Mrs Lanfranchi
Thank you very much for having such a good relationship with our daughter; They are a great support to us and a valuable link between J. and the world of work.
They are always very empathetic and can sense the issues that are currently troubling J. You can also explain J’s difficulties to the employer and the vocational school in an understandable way and work out good solutions with everyone involved.
It is very important to us that things continue to go as well with J. as they have so far. We don’t want her to slip into a blockade again.
We are very grateful and glad that we were able to get to know and appreciate you and your team;
Family L. from K.
